helping people fifty and older in the United States stay employed.
Since that time we have been working to keep up with economic and
political changes affecting our members and how to find real
solutions for handling the growing challenges in all parts of life
for growing older. In this process, we learned that the problems in
the U.S. are also worldwide. This fact alone has increased our
potential target market for people age fifty and older from one

THE MEANING OF 'SENIOR CITIZEN' VS. 'SENIOR WORKER'

Citizen' carried with it an image of someone who had no energy
sitting in a rocking chair. How times have changed! The U.S. Bureau
of Labor Statistics reports that - Only 13 percent of American
workers were 55 and older in the year 2000By year 2015 that figure
will increase to one in five (20 percent) This means that
'Senior Citizen' now means 'Senior Worker' because
of the numbers of people age 55 and older remaining in the
